Flowers

When ordering flowers, we'll advise you of the first available delivery date. Whilst every effort is made to deliver your floweras on the requested delivery date, we reserve the right to substitute the product for similar content and value.

We cannot guarantee the chosen delivery date in all locations as some are served by a postal delivery service. Therefore, adding additional delivery instructions to your order should also be avoided.

Please take into consideration the size of your chosen item when providing the delivery address details as some items may be heavy when transporting from work to home.

Standard Next Day delivery to the UK

Except where stated, a next day delivery charge of £6.50 will be applicable within the UK, excluding Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

Same day delivery to the UK

For flower orders placed to UK addresses we are able to offer same day delivery for the charge of £15.00.  To use this service please place your order by phoning 0844 561 7670 or +44 (0) 20 964 1168 if calling from outside the UK.

Saturday delivery to the UK

For flower orders placed to UK addresses we are able to offer a Saturday delivery for the charge of £15.00.  To use this service please place your order by phoning 0844 561 7670 or +44 (0) 20 964 1168 if calling from outside the UK.

Do you deliver on Sunday?

Unfortunately we only deliver Monday to Saturday.

International delivery

For orders placed to addresses outside of the UK including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, a service and transmission charge of £10.00 is applicable. To use this service please place your order by phoning 0844 561 7670 or +44 (0) 20 964 1168 if calling from outside the UK.

Plants

Floral Symphonies delivery charge of £6.50 applies. This item is available for next day delivery on a date of your choice between Monday to Saturday. When ordering, we'll advise you of the first available delivery date. This item will be delivered via courier to UK mainland addresses. Whilst every effort will be made to deliver on your chosen date, the exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed. For Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, please allow up to 48 hours. Sorry, this item is not available for delivery to the Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, BFPO addresses or hospitals.

Re-delivery

If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the flowers or gift, our courier will leave a card and try to deliver again later. There is no charge for re-delivery.

How do I know my flowers have arrived?

Please call us if they have not arrived on the specified date.

When will you take payment from my credit/debit card?

Your Debit or Credit card will be charged at the time of dispatch, and not before.

Can I order and pay later?

If you are one of our corporate customers, you can have your orders from our online shop charged to your account with us, and receive 30 days credit. If you do not hold a corporate account with us, you will need to give details of your payment method when you order and your card will be debited at the time your order is dispatched.

Is the delivery charge applicable to every product I order?

We have a flat, fixed delivery charge of £6.50 for next day delivery for all bouquets and gifts. We prefer to charge for delivery and let you decide how much you want to spend on flowers.  This way you know what you are spending your money on!  We do not have any hidden charges, or supposedly free delivery.
